    How to Use Horsetail:

    • Tea/Infusion: Steep 1–2 teaspoons of dried horsetail in hot water for 10–15 minutes. Drink no more than 2–3 times per week unless a qualified herbalist advises otherwise.

    Horsetail Hair Rinse (DIY Recipe):

    Ingredients:


    • 1 tbsp dried horsetail
    • 1 cup vinegar or water

    Instructions:
