Massage & Reiki

• Confidentiality: Client information shared during sessions is strictly confidential. We will not sell or share your information without your written consent. Separate consent is required for session record retention.

• Refunds/Exchanges: Due to the nature of these services, refunds or exchanges are not offered once a service has been rendered. If you have concerns about your session, please contact us to discuss potential solutions.

• Reiki Disclaimer: Reiki is a complementary therapy and not a substitute for traditional medical care. While generally safe, Reiki may cause temporary side effects such as fatigue or lightheadedness, and may interact with certain medications. Individuals with pacemakers should not receive Reiki treatments. Please consult your medical provider if you have any concerns.

Herbal Products

• Variety: We offer a variety of loose-leaf herbs.

• Refunds/Exchanges: All herb sales are final.

• Disclaimer: We are not medical professionals. Consult your doctor before using herbal products, particularly if you are pregnant, nursing, or taking medications.

Chart Readings

• Turnaround Time: 1-2 weeks.

• Format: PDF document and private YouTube video link (except for "Star Map Secrets").

• Payment: Full payment is required in advance via credit card or PayPal.

• Required Information: Birth date (written month), birth time (AM/PM or military time), birth location, and Solar Return location (if applicable).

• Cancellations/Refunds: No cancellations or refunds are permitted once the order is placed.

• Confidentiality: All client information is kept confidential.

• Disclaimer: Chart readings are for entertainment purposes only.

Disclaimer Regarding Services:

• The services provided are focused on natural healing and hold a spiritual nature. Christina, a Licensed Massage Therapist with over 10 years of holistic training, offers these services within the context of her ministerial role. By engaging in these services, the client acknowledges they are receiving care that may encompass practices of the New Haven Native American Church. The client understands and agrees that Christina functions as an individual, as part of an ecclesiastical body, and within the context of the Church, and that these services relate to the establishment and practice of their religion. Furthermore, clients acknowledge that the services provided are complementary to traditional medical care and should not be considered a replacement for professional medical advice.

Traveling Ceremony Policy

• Service: Personalized threshold and blessing ceremonies at your location, including all ritual items (stones, tools, offerings) and the Medicine Woman's time and expertise.

• Duration: 45-90 minutes.

• Scheduling: Book online or contact us for consultation on optimal timing.

• Travel: Travel time is separate from the ceremony fee. A travel service charge applies.

General Policies

​

• Gift Certificates: Gift certificates are valid for one year from the date of purchase, are non-refundable, and non-transferable, and cannot be used for promotional services.

​

• Coupons: Coupons cannot be combined with other discounts, promotions, or gift certificates.

​

• Groupons:

  • Valid only for the service specified at purchase.

  • If canceled, the purchaser may receive a credit equal to the amount paid, expiring one year after the Groupon's original expiration date.

  • Missed appointments cannot be rescheduled unless determined on a case-by-case basis.

  • No refunds are issued.

​

• Cancellations within 24 Hours: Cancellations with less than 24-hour notice will incur a $10 cancellation fee, which will be added to your account and must be paid before future bookings. Services will not be provided if there is an outstanding balance. No-call/no-shows will forfeit the prepaid amount.

​

• Orders: All sales are final, and items must be paid for in full at the time of purchase. All orders are subject to these policies, our Website Terms and Conditions, and our Privacy Policy. There are absolutely no refunds or exchanges.

• Business Hours: Our business hours are 9:00 a.m. – 5:00 p.m. Central Time. Telephone orders may be placed at (417) 777-0128, Wednesday through Saturday. If you reach our voicemail, please leave a message, and we will respond promptly.

• Shipping: Orders generally ship within five (5) business days, unless otherwise noted in the product listing. Custom items will ship within two-three (2-3) weeks after the purchase date. All items are shipped via USPS, UPS, or another common carrier. We are not responsible for lost or damaged orders; ownership is transferred at the time of shipment or, for digital products, when made available to the customer. Domestic shipments are made via USPS and may be tracked once shipped. Your tracking number will be sent to you directly.

• Payment Options: Payment terms are at our sole discretion, and unless otherwise agreed, payment must be received before order acceptance. Payments may be made by credit card or another pre-arranged payment method, unless credit terms have been agreed to. Orders are not binding until accepted by us.

• General Terms: We may revise and discontinue products at any time. We reserve the right to limit order quantity at any time without notice. Prices and promotions are subject to change without notice. By placing an order, you agree that you are purchasing our products for your own use and not for resale.
